Bonneville Cycling Club (BCC) is a non-profit organization that promotes healthy lifestyles by providing bicycling education and cycling experiences for its members and other participants. As a sponsor of Little Red Riding Hood “Super Red” 2010, you will be helping us promote healthy lifestyles and investing in the future of women’s cancer research.

Our charity, the  University of Utah’s  Eccles Institute of Human Genetics is not only improving the treatment for millions of women through their continuing research efforts, but will someday eliminate deadly cancers for future generations.

 

Benefits of Sponsorship

Little Red Riding Hood “Super Red” provides a fun, healthy weekend for 3,000 women and helps raise money for women’s breast and ovarian cancer research.  The event is a huge undertaking.  There are months of planning, thousands of hours and hundreds of volunteers who work to bring this, one-of-a-kind event to life.  Sponsors can leverage this popular event and get their products, services and community message to consumers who may otherwise not know of them, while helping us reach our charitable goals. Citadel Broadcasting Company is our media sponsor for 2010 and the top 3 sponsorship levels will benefit from ad placement in prime marketing spots via B89.7 and 101.9 The End, radio stations.

 

Intergalactic Hero — Sponsor $20,000

As the premier “Intergalactic Hero Sponsor” you will be considered the title sponsor and receive all the exposure associated with your participation.  Not only will you reach the 3,000 riders of the event, but media ads will reflect your support of the event and donation to our charity for genetic research dealing with breast and ovarian cancer.  Being the title sponsor is an excellent opportunity to associate your company/organization with this premier community event that supports the research that will benefit millions.   You will receive media coverage that  includes all productions of ads etc.  Only one “Intergalactic Hero Sponsorship” is available on a first come basis.

Master of the Universe — Sponsors $5,000

As a “Master of the Universe” you can participate in the 24th annual Little Red Riding Hood event, which reaches over 3,000 riders and hundreds of thousands of radio listeners through our media sponsor Citadel broadcasting company. This is an affordable way for your organization to be affiliated with this wildly popular event. Your contribution to the success of this event will not only support the largest women-only ride in the Universe but will support the research that is saving women’s lives.

Master of the Universe Sponsors will receive:

* Name & Logo posted on home page for event website

Super Hero — Sponsor level $2,500

“Super Hero Sponsors” insures that this annual event continues to support local efforts.  LRRH, now it its 24th year has proven to be one of the best supported and best attended rides in the state of Utah.  As the largest “women-only” ride it attracts annually near 3,000 women to promote health and fitness.  Recognizing your company/organization’s interest here at home… and supporting local women’s research here in Utah at the University of Utah’s Eccles Institute of Human Genetics keeps our efforts local.

Super Hero Sponsors will receive:

* Radio sponsor mention

* Custom event banner for your company/organization

Hero Sidekick – Sponsor level (in-kind donations of goods & services) $1,000

“Hero Sidekick Sponsors” are available in these categories: Apparel, Grocery products, Energy products, Health/ Medical, Print, Media, or other areas.  Your company will be credited and recognized as providing underwriting for the event in the category most beneficial to your business.

Hero Sidekick Sponsors will receive:

* Logo displayed on official event t-shirt

* Complimentary booth space at the Little Red Riding Hood Expo

* An opportunity to put your flyer in our 3,000 rider packets

Iron Woman Rest Stop Station Sponsors $500

Iron Woman Rest Stop Stations (aid stations) located on the bike course where riders receive food, drinks, bicycle maintenance support and encouragement!  This sponsorship is a great way to be directly involved in the event, by both helping fund and/or staff an aid station.  If you want the hands-on experience of really making a difference, sponsor an Iron Woman Rest Stop!

Iron Woman Rest Stop Station sponsors will receive:

* An opportunity to put your flyer in our 3,000 rider packets

Ms. Marvel Expo $300

Reach out and meet your customers!  As a member of Super Red’s Ms. Marvel Expo your company can bring its own booth/tent or trailer and set up business, in doing so you will be branded as your own mini-store.  Expo Set Up is on Friday, June 4th between noon-4pm at the Lewiston City Park, Lewiston,Utah.  Expo Hours are Friday, 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 7am-5pm.

Little Red Riding Hood Expo sponsors will receive:

* Booth or tent space at the Super Red Ms. Marvel Expo

* An opportunity to meet and sell your products to 3,000 women riders
